Amazon is growing its Amazon Services strategy aggressively around the world, we are looking for a Seller Operation Support to accelerate China Sellers success on worldwide Amazon Marketplace. You will have the exciting opportunity to shape and deliver our suite of Amazon Services and play a key role to work with multiple internal stakeholders and business teams to contribute on significant Amazon Service products development and improvements, and/or launch to support growth of China Amazon Service. The Role
As a Seller Operation Support, your primary role will be working closely with multiple Amazon business teams/stakeholders, drive process standardization & optimization via SOP creation and continuously process enhancements, execute operational tasks and explore offshore task opportunity to support and improve China Amazon Services deliverables and experience to ensure long term success of China Sellers on Amazon worldwide marketplace. The role will involve working on Amazon systems, interact with Account Managers, product managers and Sellers, and build up standardized operational procedures (SOP) to streamline the business flows, as well as perform daily operational tasks supporting leads pipeline building, Sellers on-boarding, daily account management as needed.

The ideal candidate should have sales-operation or sales-support related experience, ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, across multiple complex functions with capability to influence external parties; able to interface with technology systems, analyze data and gather actionable conclusions; and streamline/document/optimize end to end business processes. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations. The candidate will also require to deliver results against set targets.

Primary Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
  • Responsible on new and existing process SOP creation and implementation
  • Support multiple Amazon Services business and product teams on centralized and standardized operational tasks including but not limited to: leads management and assignment, Sellers enrollment, in-service and billing operation etc.
  • Identify operational barriers and dive deep on root causes, provide feedback and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Identify areas of possible process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Document processes, regularly update existing SOP, review/suggest SOP changes required if any
  • Utilize Astro to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve enrollment goals.
