• Serving guests according to the given instructions and established service standards
• Maintains high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all service area

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

• Assist the Captain and/or TL with day-to-day operation of the outlet
• Serve food and beverages efficiently according to established standard
• Maintains high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all service area
• Ensure work place safety practice is adhered to

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Middle school graduated
• F&B related certificate is an added advantage

Experience:

• 1 year at a 5-star hotel or reputable restaurant

Knowledge & Skills:

• Basic F&B product and service knowledge
• Basic Customer service skills

Others:

• Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin, both written and spoken
• English is an added advantage
• Aged 20 and below 35 years old
• Able to walk and stand continuous for extended amount of time
• Team player
