Responsibilities

  • You MUST be a lifelong learner capable of continuously learning new technologies.
  • Directly engage with customers and partners to validate the migration of new and existing solutions, accelerate the customers project, provide knowledge and insight to build the customers confidence. Delivery will be predominately remote however there will be some onsite requirement for Singaporean government customers.
  • Drive product improvement by capturing product related feedback that can be triaged by the relevant Product teams.
  • Contribute knowledge, IP and support to the local and global FastTrack for Azure (FTA) team.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with enterprise customers on Azure specific solutions and migrations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with corporate customers, possess an understanding of the onboarding process and demonstrate a vision for the future of Microsoft support.
  • Ability to drive architectural conversations.
  • Excellent customer service skills, good oral and written communication skills, proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations involving the most critical and politically charged customer situations; to lead projects and to motivate others.
  • Consulting and/or Delivery experience.

Experience in delivering customer outcomes using any combination of technology in two or more of the following categories:

 

  • Modern Framework/Stack Development
    • .Net Core / .Net
    • Node.Js
    • JavaScript (ECMAScript) competencies, including use of current frameworks (Angular, VueJS, ReactJS)
    • Tooling such as NPM / Yarn / Webpack
    • Modern identity using claims and AAD/OpenID
  • Modern Cloud Architecture
    • Hosting via IaaS, PaaS & Storage Account
    • Serverless Architecture
    • Microservice architecture including decomposing from monoliths
    • Container platforms & orchestration, ideally AKS and Kubernetes
    • Integration patterns using queues, busses and events
    • Architecting for performance, availability and recoverability in Azure
  • Methodologies & Tooling
    • Azure DevOps including build and release pipelines
    • Agile
    • SCRUM
    • DevOps
    • SDLC or Secure DevOps
    • Automated testing
    • Git & TFVC
  • Data Access
    • CosmosDB
    • SQL Azure
    • Open Source Databases
    • Storage
    • Redis
  • Linux / Open Source skills
    • LAMP / MEAN experience

 

The successful candidate must:

  • Must be able to legally work in Singapore:
  • Have or be able to obtain at least an G50 national security clearance.
