Responsibilities

• Create a DevOps and support team to expand a set of cloud services to new data center locations
• Cooperate closely with the engineering team to adapt the services to new requirements
• Coordinate processes and work schedules to provide 24x7 services for these data centers
• Engage with Microsoft technical experts and government customers to identify and solve issues

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working with enterprise customers on Azure specific solutions, application development and deployment
• Ability to communicate effectively with enterprise customers
• Experience working on large scale services with on-call responsibilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills in team environments
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience

Security Clearance Requirements: Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
• Candidates must have an active TS and be willing to upgrade to TS/SCI (with full scope polygraph) or have an active TS/SCI and be willing to upgrade to TS/SCI (with full scope polygraph). This role will require candidates to maintain the TS/SCI (with full scope polygraph) clearance.
• Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements.
