This exciting role offers opportunity to: Leads execution of escalation procedures via phone conference calls; Escalations are primarily post-sales technical support of MDC, including, but not limited to UPS, Battery, Air Handler, Network connectivity cards, and other power- related equipment; Answer the technical question for field engineers about the MDC product, solve problem by phone or email first, and provide on-site technical support if necessary; Develop and implement training courses for internal field service engineer; Follow up the quality issue to solve onsite problems; Join new product develop project, prepare training demo unit and material for new product; Lead professional failure report & standardize service operation process. Qualifications Over 3 years' MDC (Modular Data Center) post-sales technical support experience; Familiar with UPS, especially modular UPS; Proficient in installation considerations of Computer Room Air Handlers (CRAH), Central Air-Handling Units (CAHU), and In-Row Air-Handler (IRAH). Familiar with principle of CRAH, CAHU, and IRAH. Have rich experience in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting; Familiar with communication protocol of UPS and Air conditions, such as, SNMP and Modbus, RS232 or others; Ability of writing professional failure report, or standard operation process; Strong Organizational and Interpersonal skills; Self-learning and innovation motivation; Good English reading & writing skills, good communication & training skills Yes!
