Job Purpose职位目的：

• Responsible for performing the assigned mechanical works according to works order, MTU standards and good engineering practice, and to assist in handling the workshop activities

Key Accountabilities主要职责：

• Carry out the assigned work independently on off-highway products at sites and in the workshops

• Perform servicing and function tests on the off-highway products and carry out repair, maintenance, and adjustment as required. Conduct acceptance test upon completion of work

• Lead a team on repair / assembly job of W5 maintenance or higher of off-highway products either in-house or at field service as required

• Check installation of off-highway products, setting to work and commissioning of off-highway products together with customers or customer representatives

• Provide status of work in hand and prepare travel report/service report upon completion of works and maintain the service record

• Deal with technical enquiries from the customers or colleagues whether in the capacity of his own knowledge or by assisting experts in providing the clarification

• Follow-up, register and keep up-to-date the collection of MTU maintenance, repair and operational manuals, drawings, etc. of general or order (project) related issues

• Assist in ensuring discipline and order in the work process in workshop and at field

• Upkeep the cleanliness of workplace

Observe the safety regulations of the company and at sites

Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求：

• Degree / Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering or similar, or possess equivalent qualifications. Formal education can be compensated by rich skills gained through practical experience

• At least 3 years relevant working experience in engine / machinery repair

• Able to communicate orally in English, able to understand English version technical documents and drawings, and can write reports in English

• Able to use office softwares

• Experience and knowledge on engines and its applications, including the installations, operation & maintenance/repair

• Good understanding of relevant engineering/ scientific principles

• Good tolerance for managing pressure / stressful situations

• Good communication, interpersonal skills and is a good team player
