Jobs Description:

• Able to handle full set of I/E document, L/C bank document
• Knowledge in logistics booking system e.g.Yusen Logistics/ DHL (ISC) GT NEXUS
• Knowledge in China Customs declaration
• Inspection booking
• Experience with International Trader (i-Trader) is an advantage (no experience will be also consider)
• Prepare shipping report & filing
• Ensure all orders can ship on time 
• Prepare shipping document for delivery & payment arrangement
• Coordinate with Merchandisers, Forwarders, Factories and Bank
• Perform shipment process through system
• Create and review SOP regularly
• Data entry and filing for analysis
• Assist ad-hoc assignment if required

Job Requirements :   

• Form 5 or above
• At least 3 years' or above shipping experience in Trading firm
• Understanding of trading process and customs
• PC knowledge of MS Word , Excel and Chinese word processing is must
• Pivot Table & Vlookup is preferred
• Responsible, well-organized, attentive to details, able to work independently and under pressure
• Can work in team spirit, good communication skills and willing to work overtime
• Good in command written & spoken English & Mandarin
• Immediate available is an advantage
