We are looking for a Senior Shipping Officer to join our team! If you are experienced in shipping, able to handle full sets of L/Cs, inventory control and compile reports, we believe this job would be suitable for you.

Job Duties

•          Preparation and follow-up of purchase orders
•          Coordinate with factory on tracking quality and production
•          Able to handle full set of I/E document, L/C bank document
•          ERP Data Entry and filing for analysis
•          Provide general clerical and administration works
•          Support company operations and ad hoc duties
•          Requires going outdoor and exchange D/O if necessary *有需要時需外出轉單*

Job Requirements:

•          Associate Degree or above
•          3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
•          Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
•          Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
•          Detail Minded, proactive and well organized.
•          Good communication and interpersonal skills.

5 Day Work : Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 6:00pm (With 1 hour lunch break)
