Job Description

Sampling, extraction and preparation of biological samples for chromatographic and spectrometric studies

Assist in method development and keep accurate records of experimental data under cGMP

Maintain and ordering inventory of laboratory reagents, media and consumable supply

Perform routine laboratory housekeeping – cleaning up lab and discard expired media

Basic maintenance of equipment and their records

Communicate immediately any experimental deviation, equipment failures, or any other laboratory anomalies directly to customers and Site Supervisor

As a Senior Specialist, the additional work scopes would include:

Supporting Site Supervisor in implementing operation and process improvements in labs

Assisting Site Supervisor and method owners to write-up workflow and success criteria for required methods

A mentor to guide and cross-train the other Specialists with on lab operations and techniques with approved workflows
