Bentley’s Paid and Social Media Team is seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist to lead Bentley’s Corporate social media presence and help enable internal teams across to harness the full potential of social media. This is exciting role offers an opportunity to apply strategic thinking, creativity, and a data-driven mindset to help drive engagement with the Bentley brand and support key initiatives during an exciting chapter of Bentley’s 37-year history.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage Bentley corporate social media channels, including content strategy development, content creation, calendar management, and community management
- Collaborate with product, regional, and PR stakeholders to develop social activation plans, create content, and build toolkits to support campaigns with objectives ranging from awareness, to product usage and loyalty
- Help grow and manage Bentley’s social media advocacy program by collaborating with teams to source and position content to share with colleagues through Bentley’s advocacy platform
- Report and analyze key performance metrics tied to Bentley corporate social media channels, key initiatives, and advocacy programs
- Manage administration of Bentley’s social media management system (Sprout Social) and advocacy platform (Bambu)
- Support social media training and enablement efforts by periodically building training content and facilitating training sessions
- Use social media monitoring tools to identify, engage with, and/or escalate noteworthy or influential brand or product brand comments and questions
Other Duties:
- Support periodic assessments of the broader landscape of Bentley regional, product, and other Bentley social media accounts
- Identify opportunities to engage with industry influencers, partners, and customers on social media
- Collaborate with creative and video teams to build out social-first assets
- Keep up to date with the evolving social media landscape and industry best practices with a focus on industry peers
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing a brand social presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, & Instagram)
- 2+ years of experience working with social media management tools (e.g. Sprout, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Social Studio)
- Superb writing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Stellar attention to detail
- Experience with reporting and ability to analyze data and recommend strategy and tactics to improve results
- Ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization
- Basic photo and video editing skills preferred
- Experience with Google Analytics preferred
