Responsibilities include:

• Plan and manage all Social Media platforms strategy including content creation, posting and monitoring social community
• Develop, execute and track Social Media platforms promotional campaigns
• Work with Blogger and KOL to continuously achieve social media success for clients
• Provide strategic social media advice and guidance to influence clients’ WOM and deal with PR crisis
• Maintain excellent relationship with clients
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage various accounts in a  timely and professional manner
• Compile reports on campaign effectiveness in social media sites and collect marketing intelligence

Requirements:

• Passionate in digital in a MUST
• High Diploma or above, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR, Arts or related disciplines
• 1 - 2 years of account servicing and practical experience in social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Wechat, Weibo or LinkedIn
• Understanding on social media trends and best practices across the digital and new media sectors
• Good communication and project management skills
• Aggressive, self-motivated and result oriented
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus 
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Social Media Executive
