The Customer Promises team has embarked on an effort to drive the quality, reliability and consistency of key customer scenarios, to increase customer happiness and adoption in the enterprise. These promises include the way our customers deploy, manage, access or protect their resources across Microsoft 365 apps, services and platforms.
Our team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help design, implement and drive insights for these key scenarios, focused on our Customer Promises. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include:
• Manipulate large volumes of data, create new and improved techniques and/or solutions for data collection, management, and usage.
• Be responsible for laying the foundation for the platform as well as proposing solutions to ease software development.
• Work closely with Data Science and help strategize and extending this system to handle Data Science models in platforms like Azure ML and/or DataBricks
• Working on a system that speaks natively to various data platforms, enabling individual users to rapidly explore their data and author insightful visualizations.
• Work with product managers, data scientist, developers, and other stakeholders to develop and review designs and business requirement, and analyze and streamline data and insights.
Qualifications
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in data warehouse technologies, Machine Learning and back-end reporting systems.
• Experience with telemetry and data mining eg: Azure Data Lake, Kusto, Hadoop and related big data systems
• Software Programming experience C++ and C#
• Knowledge of an analysis tools such as R and Python
• Ability to collaborate with partners and drive analytic projects end to end
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
