We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to join R&D Solutions team in Cairo, Egypt. Main Responsibilities Design, implement, and release Product that meets functionality, usability, reliability, performance. Develop Software Layers for Protocols (HDMI/HDCP or DisplayPort, MIPI). Debug, analyze product problems to identify the root cause and apply fixes and enhancements. Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Engineers, and key business stakeholders to understand customer requirements and drive new features and enhancements. Work in an Agile SCRUM environment to build new features in a rapid and iterative way. Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Write Professional Functional and Design specifications documents. Work with experienced team members to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices. Support Customers activities throughout handling customer questions and inquiries, and support the design bring-up. Required skills, knowledge and experience B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering. +5 years of experience in a similar role. Good knowledge with RTL, IC Design and Verifications Flows and Methodologies. Extensive Experience with C/C++ and QT framework on Linux development environment. Solid knowledge with Design Patterns and UML Solid experience with Static and dynamic analysis. knowledge with Audio/Video Protocols (namely HDMI/HDCP or DisplayPort, MIPI) is a plus! Experience with Programming skills for interpreted languages Tcl/TK, PERL, XML. Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and share your knowledge with others.
