•    BS/MS in computer science, software engineering or related field.
•    5 - 7 years' experience in software development.
•    Proficient in C++ (and/or C#).
•    Prior experience in a technical leadership position.
•    Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns.
•    Ability to provide technical leadership through coaching and mentorship.
•    Ability to work independently and solve problems, and to know when to ask for help.
•    Ability to communicate and promote use of best practices across the team.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development practices, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps processes/tools.
•    Knowledge of CAD applications is a plus
