The Messaging Team is searching for an experienced and talented web developer who are well versed in client-side application (SPA) architecture and design. Applicants should exhibit pride in craftsmanship around building compelling and engaging user experiences while still having the depth to understand how their designs affect the performance, security, and other technical aspects of the overall application. A strong understanding (strength, common pitfalls and performance best practices) of TypeScript and mainstream JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular / AngularJS is preferred.

A successful candidate should meet most of the criteria: 

• 3+ years of experience building client-side web applications 

• 5+ years software industry experience with TypeScript, React and AngularJS 

• Experience with web accessibility standard and enabling screen reader a strong plus

• Experience with telemetry, monitoring and dashboarding solutions, such as Aria, Kusto and Geneva a plus. 

• Committed to quality, including security, compliance and performance 

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with customer focus
