We are looking for a skilled candidate who is passionate about building high quality reliable Cloud Services. Building out systems that interact with data on a massive scale and manipulating petabytes of data are a routine part of this job.
To thrive in this position, you will need a deep technical understanding of a broad technology set and the ability to learn new information at a rapid pace. Strong technical and communication skills, ability to deal with ambiguity, and very high level of creativity and inquisitiveness are a must. 

Responsibilities

• Design, architecture and implement E2E solutions
• Solve complex problems that allow for innovative features in the digital forensics and investigation space
• Rapidly prototype and refine applications based on experience and feedback
• Collaborate within various internal teams and people throughout Microsoft to establish and refine service and software requirements.
• Enhance and refactor existing systems
• Act as an expert in some areas of large-scale system architecture

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional full stack development experience specifically utilizing object oriented programming languages such as C#, Java, C++, or Python
• 3+ years of experience building cloud services or distributed system development, database expertise, or online services

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ extensive software design and development experience with a track record of shipping multiple releases.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Provide technical leadership to other team members.
• Positive, passionate and self-motivated.
• Architectural design and development of large scale and high-quality data platform preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Experience with test driven software design/development a plus.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
