We are the M365 Experiences & Services team under M365 FX org in the E&D division. We are focused on delivering experimentation and analytics solutions for the needs of the M365 FX organization. 

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Software Engineer who can adopt new technologies to deliver solutions that other teams can use. You will have the opportunity to help set technical direction, design, and integrate flighting and experimentation system that help deliver high-scale, highly-available UX experiences across Windows Shell applications and Front-end web services.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

·       Passion for customers and strong advocacy for customer needs.

·       Passion for data driven culture

·       Solid engineering background in building SDKs

·       Knowledge of data and experimentation technologies

·       Knowledge of the modern UX technologies

·       Experiences working with data

·       Experience in cloud technologies

·       Experience with scrum, Kanban, or other agile engineering techniques

Experience Required:

·       BA/BS degree in CS, related discipline or equivalent work experience

·       BA/BS degree in CS, related discipline or equivalent work experience

·       7 or more years of general design and coding experience (C++, C# and/or Java)
