Would you like to work on a cutting edge open source technology which provides privacy and security guarantees on the edge and cloud? We are the Azure Confidential Computing Team, within Azure Compute, and we are responsible for developing the OpenEnclave SDK (software development kit). We are seeking developers to build a next generation SDK which will work seamlessly across different hardware platforms to protect customer data in use. This position requires skills with low level software development and a passion for learning new technologies.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop APIs, protocols, and services that provide security and privacy guarantees.
- Design APIs that work seamlessly across a variety of platforms.
- Collaborate effectively across groups and teams worldwide.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software development experience using C/C++.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, OR equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Low level systems programming experience.
- Knowledge of compilers and assembly language.
- Demonstrated grasp of crypto basics and common security protocols.
- Strong aptitude for designing, developing, debugging, and delivering excellent products.
- Experience developing for hardware/firmware/operating system security.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
