By analyzing sales organizations’ voice and CRM data and using advanced cognitive services and AI algorithms, we are deriving meaningful, smart and useful insights that help sales managers as well as sales agents make greater impact on their business.

Responsibilities
Candidates should have at least 6 years’ experience in production systems: planning, prototyping, developing, analyzing data, stabilizing and shipping. You should have strong design, coding, debugging skills and in-depth knowledge in an OOP language, such as C# or Java (preferably C#).
You should be an excellent team member, be highly motivated and self-driven. You should have the passion to tackle challenging and unknown areas and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of software development, working on large scale production system.
- Experience in the areas of multi-threading and async programming.
- BSC or MSC in Software Eng. or Computer Engineering
- Strong coding skills in C#/Java, domain specific languages and/or functional languages.
- Strong debugging skills.
- Highly methodical, highly motivated, a self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrate success working in a fast paced environment.
- Demonstrate success dealing with ambiguous “unsolved” problems; and the ability to independently make solid progress by breaking new ground
