The Microsoft Threat Intelligence Center Israel (MSTIC-IL) is seeking for top-notch talent to build the next generation Threat Intelligence cloud-based service!

The Threat Intelligence Center is focused on building cutting edge solutions, countering adversary-based threats to Microsoft and its customers through dissemination of threat intelligence, proactive hunting, incident response, and the development of new solutions and methods to detect adversary activity, investigate and respond to the attacks.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on developing a new cloud service that will assist Microsoft to protect its customers from nation state adversaries. Join the MSTIC-IL team to develop Azure cloud-based solutions, based on bigdata capabilities to build smart and automatic detections of nation state attacks.

Qualifications

Key skills and qualifications:

• B.Sc/ M.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or equivalent training)
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Good communication skills and an eye for details
• Strong programming skills and understanding of data structures/algorithms
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical judgment
• Innovative thinking to solve hard problems in ways that meet both customer and business goals
• Team player, confident and enthusiastic.

Advantage:

• Experience in building and deploying services with a fast-changing update cycle
• Knowledge in cyber security and exploit/threat detection technologies
• Deep understanding of identity management and privacy
• Deep understanding of operating system and computer networking concepts
