Here's where you make the difference

You will be part of our Manufacturing QM-PP Team in the IT HUB in India and will work closely together with other IT teams. You will have good understanding of quality management processes and good knowledge of managing IT operation.

Your new field of responsibility - challenging and future-oriented

•        Ensuring the necessary tool landscape availability and InfoSec measures implementation of the supervised tool landscape

•        Contact person for the operation of the system line

•        Coordination of updates and patches

•        Taking over the Emergency Manager role in case of Prio 1 malfunctions

•        Coordination of ticket processing according to SLA specifications

•        Support in ticket processing and troubleshooting

•        Distribute and track tickets to 3rd Level Support

•        Answering questions about the application in the context of ticket processing

•        Conducting tests as part of bug-fixing

•        Maintenance of interfaces (Biztalk and Netcom) and analysis of errors

•        Permanent process optimization in this environment is essential in your area of responsibility.

•        Active participation in IT projects that affect the supervised process

•        You expect an environment with state-of-the-art working methods, agile methodologies and projects as well as intensive team spirit.

What do I bring with me?

•        The foundation of your professional success is a completed degree (Master/Diploma) in the field of IT, Computer Science or Business Informatics. Alternatively, you can have a comparable training in conjunction with corresponding additional qualifications.

•        You also have 4+ years of professional experience in the field of IT operations within a major technical group or also in IT consulting.

•        Technical Knowledge in the following areas:

o   Comprehensive Opcenter-Q application understanding – High

o   Understanding and knowledge of used processes - High

o   Opcenter-Q modules – Medium

o   Open FT – Medium

o   Windows Services – Medium

o   SQL Server Mgmt. Studio – Basic

o   Oracle Database Administration – Basic

o   Oracle SQL - Medium

o   Troubleshooting Performance Issues - Basic

o   Database Administration / Management - Basic

o   Security - Permissions and Roles - Basic

o   Windows Server Administration - High

o   Internet Information Services - Medium

o   Biztalk Server Administration - Basic

•        With your communication skills and presentation skills, you can present technical issues clearly and intelligibly.
