Position Summary:

The iTwin Platform team at Bentley Systems has an exciting new opportunity for talented individuals to join us in developing cutting-edge software for infrastructure digital twins. iTwin Platform is an open, scalable cloud platform that enables developers anywhere to create digital twin applications for the designers, builders, and owner-operators of the world’s physical infrastructure. By bringing together data from designs, schedules, simulations, sensors, and other sources into a cohesive whole, these digital twins represent a revolutionary leap forward in infrastructure engineering technology – the leap we need to unlock our potential to build a brighter and more sustainable future.

 

Our new colleague will participate in all the development stages of these cloud services, work on Big Data tasks, leverage the latest DevOps methodologies and business intelligence technologies, and work closely with our Data Scientists to bring ground-breaking Machine Learning solutions to our users.

 

Responsibilities:

• Training ML Models:
       -Work in conjunction with the applied AI team
• Build AI applications:
       -Design and develop back-end applications (APIs, etc.)
       -Develop front-end Angular and React webpages
       -Design and implement user interactions on webpages
       -Make use of database technologies such as Cosmos DB, SQL, etc.
       -Build services leveraging technologies in Microsoft Azure
• Be involved in DevOps – implement build / release pipelines deploying services in Microsoft Azure
• Interact daily with team members located around the world

 

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Machine Learning/ Artificial Intelligence concepts
• Full Stack experience:
    -Proficient in TypeScript and/or JavaScript development
    -Experience with Front End development (UI Design, HTML, CSS, etc.)
    -Proficient with any of common OOP languages (C#, .NET, Java, etc.)
    -Familiarity with database technologies (Cosmos DB, SQL, etc.)

 

Desirable Skills:

• Angular or React experience
• Python experience
• Familiarity with DevOps and Microsoft Azure services
• Experience with Big Data: Data Mining, Relational Algebra, Databricks
