Position Description: \- Serve as a Technical Leader to lead LICO development team. \- Design, develop, modify, implement, and support HPC/AI software components anywhere in the Software stack. \- Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing. \- Mentor Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities. \- Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management. #### Position Requirements: \- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. \- Minimum 8 years of working experience, and 3 years of team leading experience. \- With the success experience of leading team to develop large information system. \- Excellent web develop experience with python, such as Django, RabbitMQ, MySQL. \- Proficient on Linux and shell development. \- HPC (MPI, Slurm, etc.) and AI knowledge (TensorFlow, PyTorch) are preferred. \- Strong knowledge about container and Kubernetes is preferred. \- Good English written and verbal communication skills.
