Position Title: Senior Software QA

The Software Quality Analyst-II will be responsible for creating testing tools using C#/VSTS and creating frameworks for testing.

He/She will be responsible for validating the overall quality delivered of the product.

Testing to be done for Web based applications hosted on Microsoft Azure Cloud

Responsibilities:

• 6-8 years of experience (minimum) in automation testing preferably in Microsoft Technologies
• Testing knowledge of Web/Cloud based Applications
• Experience with VSTS, C#, Selenium is preferred
• Experience with TFS and other bug tracking software such as Bugzilla, Version1, Loadrunner, Testrunner etc. will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Test automation framework design/implementation and maintenance.
• Enhance and extend the automation library and framework
• Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases against software platforms and web services.
• Analyze and communicate test results
• Defect tracking
• Participate in day-to-day QA activities
• Write specialized testing tools for use in testing of software platforms and services.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to root cause complex issues required
• Knowledge of performance and scalability test approaches and automation using VSTS/selenium
• Demonstrated skill in using coding standards and being an active participant in code reviews
   
  Qualification and Skills:
• B.E/MCA/MSc/BSc/BCA/MCS/BCS
• Understanding of testing / quality assurance process.
• Excellent Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Initiative as self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal Supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of logic and engineering workflow.
