Silicom is a Nasdaq listed Hight tech company specializing in networking adapater and equipment. We are looking for a senior software testing engineer to lead our product testing in ShenZhen. You will be working with developers in China and globally to greatly improve our current product testing.

We are looking for people with the following skills.

• Knowledge of L2/L3/L4 networking protocols.
• Knowledge of modern NFV/SDN networking architecture is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge in Linux operating system.
• Extensive knowledge in Linux command line tools.
• Extensive experiences in CLI test automation
• Experiences with GUI test automation is a plus.
• Experiences with data network equipment testing.
• Extensive experiences in configuration UI testing, and able to contribute ideas to UI flow.
• Experiences in designing test plans that provide full coverage to product testing from scatch in English.
• Extensive experiences with at least two of the following languages, shell/python/tcl/perl

• Able to work with all English environment.
• Experiences of working with oversea partners is plus.
• Independent creative thinking, see the problem from different angle from software developers.
• Care to details, never let a problem slide away
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Good oral English is a plus.

Salary

350k – 600k yearly, depends on experiences.
