Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage sourcing strategies for raw materials and finished goods (OEM/ODM).
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers in Guangdong and other provinces.
• Supervise production planning, factory coordination, and quality control.
• Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with company standards.
• Implement inspection procedures (AQL, pre-production, in-line, and final checks).
• Manage supplier performance and develop long-term partnerships.
• Prepare sourcing reports and cost analysis for management.
• Collaborate with R&D, logistics, and finance teams for smooth project execution.
• Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sourcing or production management (OEM/ODM).
• Strong negotiation and factory management skills.
• Familiar with quality control processes and production workflows.
• Fluent in English and French; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to handle multiple projects.
