本职位需要与国外同事共事，需要非常流利的英语口语沟通能力。

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with US team on sourcing projects as well as manage existing RFQs.

2. Source and obtain best quotations from multiple factories for each RFQ received within required timeline: 24~48 hours for Urgent RFQ, 48 to 72 hours for other RFQ, 4 days for RFQ on new products.

3. Will source factories mostly in China but also other SE Asian-countries (full initial support will be given for anything outside China)

4. Negotiate and ensure best terms are obtained from factories, including price, lead time,

5. Keep clear and complete records of factory information and quotations in standard format as required.

Requirements:

1. 5-year solid hands-on sourcing experience and some merchandising experience in same industry (apparel/ textile/ accessories), good knowledge about products.

2. Good communication and negotiation skills

3. Customer oriented, result oriented & detail oriented.

4. Cost driven mind set.

5. Take full ownership of job tasks assigned

6. Organized, efficient in processing multiple tasks and can handle pressure

7. This involves frequent travels to factories.

8. Should speak decent English as it involves communicating with US team as well as outside other SE Asia region.

KPI:

1. On-time completion rate of quotations on RFQ received (target: 90%, weight: 50%)

2. Factories Sourcing & onboarding on-time (target: 90%, weight: 30%).

3. Quotation - order conversion rate. (targets: 10%, weight: 20%)
