• Act as an expert to provide EC supply service for CD site, including but not limited to –
  • Recruitment coordination and offer confirmation process.
  • Manage check in/out procedure.
  • Monitor vendor delivery service performance.
• Act as an expert to provide EC administration service for CD site, including but not limited to –
  • NEO training coordination.
  • Proceed EC conversion process.
  • EC performance assessment assistance.
  • EC service fee upgrade assistance.
