Senior Specialist, Aftersales Marketing                                                                                                                                                                                     

As the Senior Specialist, Aftersales Marketing you will be responsible for the successful planning, development and implementation of marketing initiatives that promote customer loyalty and contribute to sales of BMW and MINI Aftersales products.

What awaits you? 

  • Your diligence ensures Retailer communication and implementation is achieved for all related marketing campaigns and supports effective front line execution.  
  • You will drive an analytical approach by analyzing and reporting campaign results to assess campaign impact and level of success.
  • A supportive team will depend on your recommendations and action plans to improve future campaign success.  
  • Your collaboration with the BMW and MINI Brand Communication teams will optimize exposure for Aftersales products and services at annual BMW and MINI events.
  • Connecting internationally will be seamless as you network with colleagues in BMW AG and North America to identify new marketing material and ensure timely release in Canada.  
  • You will be responsible for the continuous development, maintenance, and performance of the Retailer portal, the Aftersales Hub.  
  • You will take ownership for all Aftersales CRM touchpoints and will manage Aftersales content within MINI digital platforms.
  • Your forward-thinking and attention to detail will be required to manage and maximize marketing budget for this area.

  • University degree, preferably with a business or marketing focus.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders including creative and media agencies.
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience leading a project from development to implementation.
  • Enjoys working on multiple projects and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within the automotive or luxury industries would be an asset.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) would be an asset.
