The incumbent is responsible for planning and roll-out of all required marketing activities related to Distribution for Industrial division in Asia Pacific, ensuring speed-to-market is achieved. He/she will also ensure distribution marketing activities are streamlined with strategic relevance to business targets, as well as to ensure high-quality event management support for house-fairs, symposiums, events and trade-fairs. he/she will realize synergies across AP and provide best platform for best-practice sharing, support and be responsible for Marketing Industrial in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
 
Your Qualifucations
  • Preferred – graduate in Marketing/ Economics with at least 10 years of experience in B2B industry and total experience of minimum 8 years in regional marketing or distribution marketing, in an MNC or matrix organisation
  • Experience in planning / executing trade fairs, events and branding projects
  • Capable of understanding the market complexity, competitor operation and basic market analysis
  • Proficient in using MS Office or equivalent productivity tools.
  • Familiar with basics of communication design, video production & photo/graphic editing software.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills, in English.
  • Able to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of local/regional teams.
Your Tasks
 
1. Distribution Marketing AP
  • Partner with sales and business units to develop the Industrial Distribution marketing roadmap and strategy for Industrial division in AP, in alignment with SEA/ AP with focus on enhancing digital marketing and brand visibility, including web presence on distributor websites and social media platforms
  • Plan and coordinate Distribution partner events and promotional campaigns in AP, to fuel demand generation activities
  • Strategic Distribution Marketing activities (Strong alignment with Distribution AP and across Sectors/Applications/Products):
    • Tracking of the overall ROI – marketing activities
    • Sales Push Initiative campaigns
    • Monitor and track the ROI related to distribution marketing via SalesForce
  • Supervise creation and production of relevant Distribution marketing collaterals & merchandise
  • Support in the rollout of Schaeffler Partner Program and implement marketing and communications strategies across AP, ensuring branding guidelines are enforced and consistent
  • Support and coordinate in distribution branding across AP
  • Develop and implement processes, standards and guidelines for Industrial Distribution marketing across AP
  • Development of sub-region/ AP Forum/e-Forum – Distributor Newsletter
  • Support in issuance of yearly Authorized Distributor certificates
  • Regularly gather feedback from stakeholders and distributors on the effectiveness of the marketing collaterals, tools and activities across AP, to further improve and close gaps

2. Country Marketing, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia
  • Develop and execute Marketing strategy in Singapore (SG), Malaysia (MY) and Indonesia (ID), based on prioritization of targets in alignment with the Industrial division management in AP and SG, MY, ID
  • Marketing budget planning, tracking and reporting for Industrial SG, MY, ID
  • Industrial marketing roadmap for Industrial SG, MY, ID in alignment with priorities and strategies in AP
  • Ensure efficient and timely information flow across all customer touch points
  • Ensure compliance to global CI & CD guidelines across all marketing activities for the division
  • Plan and coordinate customer events and promotional activities for SG, MY, ID
  • Plan advertising and trade media calendar
