Currently, we are looking for an ambitious long-term viewer for the purchasing team, for a position of Senior Specialist / Fleet Coordinator. The selected person, together with a team, will be responsible for management and optimization of the fleet area. Create the future with us. Your tasks will include: • Management of the fleet area by coordinating the team's operational activities and conducting strategic fleet projects • Searching for the best solutions to decarbonize, optimize processes and implement savings initiatives, build recommendations, present to the Management Board, as well as implement and monitor key parameters • Building, modeling and implementing fleet strategies • Creating and supervising the car policy in assigned Siemens companies • Building effective and long-lasting relationships with assigned Siemens companies • Ongoing monitoring of the local fleet supplier market • Cooperation with leasing companies, fuel and fleet-related service suppliers, in the field of ongoing car maintenance, cooperation assessment, risk management and supplier development • Reporting the effectiveness of the fleet category and implementation of dedicated KPIs • Active participation in global projects as well as implementation of global solutions locally What skills do you need to create the future with us? • At least 3 years of experience in strategic and operational car fleet management, knowledge of other purchasing categories will be an additional advantage • Experience in active participation / conducting procurement procedures and managing the implementation and operationalization of contracts with fleet suppliers • Leadership competences, good argumentation, assertiveness and openness, the ability to manage people in implemented projects • Higher educational education • Analytical thinking, creativity, consistency in action, focus on the result • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with business partners • Ability to work in a dynamic changing environment, flexibility, optimism in action, initiative and focus on results • Knowledge of the SAP system and openness to development in other areas will be an additional advantage • Good command of the English language (work with documentation, reporting and participation in meetings and negotiations in English) We have quite a lot to offer you: • Work in an experienced and dynamic team in a company focused on innovative solutions and modern technologies • Competitive salary depending on the level of competency • Possibility of remote/hybrid work • Possibility of continuous development of your skills and professional interests through participation in interesting projects (also international) and training • Work that requires a creative approach and enables the achievement of ambitious goals • Attractive benefits package, including: cafeteria system - Multisport card, cinema / theater tickets / concerts, shopping; private medical care, life insurance, additional paid days off, lunch card) Siemens is an Equal Opportunity Employer If we all thought the same way, we would never create anything new.
