Technology Services Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Specialist, Infrastructure Operations Analyst in Jersey City, NJ, to design, implement, integrate, and provide full support for complex software in a multi-tiered, multi-platform environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: providing support for complex software in a multi-tiered, multi-platform environment; provisioning, troubleshooting, and administering EMC and Netapp storage hardware, including EMC VMAX, VNX, Clarion, IBM SVC, XIV, and EMC SAN management tools, Netapp 7MODE and CDOT arrays; designing and maintaining IT infrastructure for mission critical applications; architecting and planning data center migration and infrastructure-related services; assisting with disaster recover administration using disaster recover solutions including SDRF, Mirror View, Snapmirror, clones, and Snaps; configuring, administering, and troubleshooting SAN/NAS environments; and analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing and improve existing storage and computer systems; and troubleshooting issues arising of the storage platforms and resolving them per SLA.
