key responsibilities/工作职责：

1. 根据玛氏全球质量与食品安全标准，建立和完善区域质量和食品安全体系
2. 负责区域的质量监控计划制定，并确保有效的实施
3. 负责区域的质量偏差的处理，消费者投诉处理，确保纠正和预防措施制定和有效实施
4. 负责相应的质量标准，体系要求的培训，提高同事的质量意识
5. 负责区域的质量与食品安全数据分析，推动质量的持续改进
6. 进行定期的质量体系内部审核
7. 负责区域新项目，变化管理的评估及质量管理
   qualifications/任职条件
   1. 熟悉GMP ,HACCP 和过敏原管理的要求
   2. 熟悉ISO9001，FSSC22000
   3. 良好的数据分析能力和统计学分析
   4. 良好的英语能力
