Job Description
Tasks
Spare parts invoices issue to dealers; E-port payment and payment document posting; Dealer master data double check and bank info input.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all accounting transactions relevant to spare parts invoices in accordance with accounting policy as well as company internal control guidelines;
Responsible for the spare parts sales bonus red VAT invoice issuance and the account posting of south and west region dealers' sales bonus;
According to controlling's email, maintain new dealers' bank relevant information and change current dealers' bank information, in order to issue the VAT invoices to spare parts dealers correctly;
Contact with dealers about some open issues of payment list and give some financial service to our dealers;
Responsible for the south and west region dealers' account clearing and account reconciliation;
Complete quarterly parts account reconciliation with south and west region dealers, and try the best to decrease the difference between BBA account and dealer account;
For some long term overdue dealer open items need to contact with dealers to push their in time payment and try to clear them ASAP;
Backup issue spare parts tax invoices to dealers and ensure the output VAT amount in Golden Tax system is the same with SAP output VAT tax account;
Backup the other two regions' dealer account clearing and monitor the reponsible dealers' in time payment and try the best to push the overdue open items;
Share some month end closing work within spare parts team such as GRIR clearing and monthly report preparation
Qualifications
Degree level or equivalent experience in Finance
Knowledge of tax and accounting
Knowledge of related software (Golden Tax System, Excel,SAP)
Oral English and Written English
Excellent communication skill and team work spirit
Strong learning ability
Experience with accounting in the industrial sector 4-6 Years
