You will be responsible for the realisation of the end to end recruiting process from first contact with the hiring manager to the contract negotiation with the candidate. In order to realise candidate centricity you are the only BMW Group representative towards the candidate. You ensure that the right candidates are hired on time and within budget. Furthermore you will be responsible for steering the service provider and you will work on the interface between them and the hiring manager. As an important interface in the team, you will be a respected and trusted point of contact for our various experts.

Your work will focus primarily on:
- Supporting the hiring manager throughout the entire selection process – from final selection of candidates to interview until contract negotiation.
- Creating strategies with the service provider if the “standard” channels are not delivering the right candidates.
- Constant exchange with the marketing specialist to ensure the right channels are being fully utilised.
- Attending job fairs and representing the company at recruiting events.
- Liaising with relevant agencies to ensure that pre-employment checks are completed in the relevant timescale.
- Identification of process improvements and discussing them with the Head of HR Marketing and Recruiting.
- Responsible for the delivery of given KPIs.

- Bachelor´s degree in Human Resource Management or another related field or 7 years of relevant work experience
- Work experience as a recruiter or HR professional in an international organisation (preferable in automotive environment)
- Knowledge of selection methodology in the local market
- Awareness of the Employment Law that governs the recruiting and selection of people
- Experience of a start-up organization would be an advantage
- Structured working style and strong ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a high volume environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships at all levels internally
- English and Hungarian - business fluent both written and spoken, German language would be an advantage
