The Money Manager Relationship Manager is an internal client facing team member that serves in a consultative role to 3rd Party Asset Managers and is responsible for managing the overall experience of 3rd Party Asset Managers engaging with Lockwood Advisors. The Money Manager Relationship Manager will gain a core understanding of the overall managed account business, our strategy, and our products and services to better assist 3rd Party Asset Managers in having their strategies onboarded and adopted. May interface with various internal constituent groups such as Portfolio Management, Sales, Client Relationship Management, Legal and Operations to ensure that any 3rd Party Asset Manager requests are completed in a timely fashion. Advocate for 3rd Party Asset Manages, and may serve as the ultimate escalation point for any issues that arise. Promotes firm services and new product offerings that would be beneficial to 3rd Party Asset Managers in expanding their product footprint. Research 3rd Party Asset Manager issues and bring to resolution. Conducts frequent and regular check-ins with 3rd Party Asset Managers ensuring their continued satisfaction and strategic alignment with firm services and product offerings. May be assigned as owner or expert of a particular process or products. Qualifications Bachelor s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in securities or financial services preferred.
