As Senior Specialist Relocation and Expat Management (f/m/x)

you will be responsible for building up Expat Management processes and structures for our BMW Group Plant in Debrecen and manage all international assignments from and to Debrecen. Furthermore, the conceptual development of all international assignment relevant topics, like school, immigration, tax, payroll, relocation, etc.  will be part of your daily tasks.

 

Your work will focus primarily on:

• Cooperate with the Expat Management of the Headquarter and execute the relevant Terms & Conditions
• Developing and coordinating all Expat Management activities in the BMW Group Plant in Debrecen, Hungary.
• Deciding on the right general set-up and applicable guidelines of assignments according to the individual situation of the assignee.
• Steering the team members in Expat-Management and authorizing & steering of external service providers.
• Developing sustainable cooperation structures/ approaches with local authorities regarding visa or work permits and school topics.
• Providing consultation and supervision for international assignments covering the entire transfer cycle.
• Supporting inbounds as well as outbounds on short and long term assignments and their families to realize the assignment by considering Terms & Conditions as well as local law.

• Deciding in conflict or critical situations of assignees at short notice and having the final word.

You should have:

 

• Min. Bachelor degree in a relevant field, eg.HR, Business Administration, etc.
• 5+ years of working experience in HR field; Relocation and Expat Management would be an advantage.
• Knowledge in international social security and tax law as well as knowledge of core processes, aims and procedures.
• Leading experience preferably in an international company.
• Pronounced customer and service orientation.
• English and Hungarian - business fluent both written and spoken, German would be an advantage.
