In this position you would be responsible for sub-system memory design and simulation, within NAND engineering. Responsibility would include the design of chip layout, circuit design, circuit checking, device evaluation and characterization, documentation of specifications, prototype construction and checkout, modification and evaluation of semiconductor devices and components, performing developmental and/or test work, reviewing product requirements and logic diagrams, planning and organizing design projects or phases of design projects. This function implies continuous improvement to drive better performance, circuits area and power for NAND memory.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or similar technical degree
- Substantial experience as a Design Engineer
- Sufficient NAND domain experience in design/layout/simulation
- Excellent written and Verbal Communication

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
