The Senior or Staff Test Development Engineer spearheads breakthrough test development projects covering all Linear Precision product portfolios. He/She is primary responsible for delivering innovative test solutions on ADI’s High Performance and Precision Amplifiers and Linear Products for a variety of target applications. Test solution should guarantee product performance according to specifications ensuring company’s desired level of product quality and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering. MS graduate majoring in Microelectronics or equivalent is an advantage.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in analog, digital & mixed signal Test Development.
  • Extensive knowledge on electronics, mastery on test development solutions and techniques.
  • Strong background in the design of different linear and analog circuits, including amplifiers and converters
  • Strong software skills for writing and debugging test codes. Expertise or hands on experience with Teradyne Flex/UltraFlex ATE, ETS tester is a plus.
  • Independent and have a full grasp on mentoring and coaching other test development engineers.
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic, innovative, challenges ideas and create new techniques

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop high performance and quality test solutions to allow 1st silicon verification, characterization, yield analysis, qualifications and release to the manufacturing site.
  • Contribute to Design for Testability (DFT) & BIST definitions and development for improve testability and the best FFC.
  • Come up with Innovative ideas and solutions to technical challenges.
  • Lead a project test team to maintain project schedules that align with product release milestones.
  • Collaborate with Design, Evaluation, Application, Product and Test Engineering Teams.
  • Mentor other engineers to operate to the next level of technical development.
