Position Description: We're looking for a data analyst for WW business who is comfortable working with multiple languages, frameworks, platforms and excited to participate in business development across countries and providing valuable input for customer centric product design and operations. As a data analyst, you’ll be responsible to gather, clean, analyze and tracking with our big data in daily basis. And you will be providing strategic analysis for key stakeholders’ decision making. If you are extremely data sensitive and excited to build the data driven solution to drive customer and business growth, this is likely the dream job for you. Here are the things that you’ll do: 1.Gather, clean, transform data and identify key findings for business operation; 2.Data mining with user data pool to provide key factors that drive user experience and stickiness; 3\. Propose solution/strategies to product/business team to improve user experience and operational efficiency; 4.Convey the recommendations to stakeholders by creating reports to facilitate their decision making; #### Position Requirements: 1\. Bachelor’s degree or above. 2.3+ years industry experience of data analytics. 3.Prefer 2+ years’ experience in IT industry and familiar with IT markets. 4.Solid mathematics and statistics background. 5.Solid knowledge and hands-on experiences in statistics, data analysis, big data processing and parallel computing frameworks. 6.Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
