Your new role – challenging and future-oriented In this role, you will take responsibility to evaluate and foster innovative technologies and business models with the goal of realizing growth options for Siemens Mobility’s Rail Infrastructure business unit. You will observe market and competitors and prepare analyses for management. With a strong solution-oriented mindset, you will create concepts and drive their implementation. Especially, you will focus on digitalization strategies. Taking ownership, you will manage highly complex strategy, M&A, and digitalization projects bringing together diverse stakeholders from across the organization. You will work internationally and cross-divisionally to initiate actions and foster best practice sharing. Additionally, you will continuously contribute to improve methods and tools for the strategy process and business planning. Your qualifications – solid and appropriate You hold a master’s degree in an economics or engineering discipline. Moreover, you have longtime professional experience in corporate strategy, business development, or management consulting. You have experience in managing cross-functional and international projects. Also, you have excellent English skills and are willing to travel (c. 20%).
