Job Description

This position is opened for relocation which includes one-way or expat.

Plans, provides resources for and directs activities in engineering function to meet schedules, standards, and cost.

Cultivates and reinforces appropriate group values, norms and behaviors. Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions. Provides guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity issues.

Plans and schedules daily tasks, uses judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices.

Inadequacies and erroneous decisions would cause moderate inconvenience and expense.


Qualifications

  • .BS, MS, or PhD in Science or Engineering fields with minimum 15 years experiences in Semiconductor Fab, Substrate or Mother Boards or Assembly Test development or manufacturing environment is required.
  • Very strong and evident skills required in managing a highly technical and senior engineering team, supplier management, quality management, analytical and structured problem solving, strategy development and execution, situational leadership, influencing and stakeholder management at senior executive levels.
  • Management level experience in either Wafer Fabrication, Substrates, Assembly Test or Mother Board manufacturing, process engineering, quality or factory management highly required.
  • In depth experience and ability to lead team of senior level engineers in driving process and operational improvements, Quality Management, Statistical Process Control and Yield Improvements, Clean room improvements highly desired.
  • Fluent communication and articulation skills in business level English, excellent presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate and interact with internally and supplier's executive level management highly required.
