Job Responsibiolities:

• To carry out operation, repair and maintenance of various kinds of electrical and mechanical installations, including Lighting Systems, Lifting Appliances and Hot Water Systems;
• To carry out detail inspection of various kinds of electrical and mechanical installations in case of installations failure, and to report the causes;
• To carry out testing and commissioning of various kinds of electrical and mechanical installations; and 
• Any other works related to the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations as required by the Engineer, the Engineer's Representtative or EMSD's staff.

Job Requirement:

• Completion of Form 5 education level in Hong Kong, or equivalent; and
• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering; and
• At least 5 years practical working experience in operation, installation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical / air-conditioning / plumbing installations; and
• Possesses Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate under Section 6BA(2) of the Factories and Industrial Undertaking Ordinance; and
• Good communication skills; and
• Good command of reading and written English and Chinese; and
• Basic computer knowledge (such as MS Word and MS Excel); and
• Registered electrical worker under the category of Grade B electrial work or above.

Working Day:

Monday to Friday (08:00 to 18:00)
