1、 Take charge of EMI and MHL team to guarantee Output/Shipping/CT/WIP/MLT/WO completion Rate within goal

2、 KPI/KIP setup, review and follow-up

3、 Organize and lead team Lean/KAIZEN/Automation activity to reduce MTP

4、 People management, include performance ranking/improving/turn over rate control

5、 Coach team leaders and employees to guarantee Zero violation/safety accident/discipline issues

6、 Co-work with other functional team to ensure deliver products meet company quality, cost and delivery requirements

7.   Drive team members and supporting people to carry out department/company goal

1.       Bachelor’s degree or above

2.       At least 5 years in Semi-Conductor  Assy & Test manufacturing experience, familiar with EMI/MHL/Packing/automation process is preferred.

3.       Team leading and managing skills & experience, automation project background is preferred

4.       Good at English communication (both written and Verbal)

5.       Excellent office skills, especially excel and PPT

6.       Dynamic, motivated and result oriented creative thinker

7.       The person with customer audit and line tour experience is preferred

8.       Lean Master or Sigma GB/YB is preferred
