Job Description
Eaton CRDS Haina Division is currently seeking for a Senior Supervisor HR Generalist to join our team. This position is based at our Haina, Dominican Republic facility. This position is responsible for supporting the HR Manager with all the activities related to HR including recruitment, organizational development, employee relations, compensation initiatives and employee engagement. Job Responsibilities Co-lead employee initiatives such as: labor relations, communications plan deployment, rewards and recognition, performance management, support talent acquisition on site, employee development and learning, employee engagement. Coach leaders of people and employees on HR tools and processes to drive performance excellence through feedback, coaching, empowerment and recognition Lead implementation of strategic initiatives to build organizational capability by attracting, developing and retaining talent Support learning initiatives, such as new employee orientation, leader’s development, employee certification Calculate, analyze and implement improvement actions on HR metrics: talent, capability, culture (turnover, headcount, absenteeism, overtime, I&D, recognition) Monitor hourly recruitments and support cohesion among leaders and talent acquisition team Perform special projects to support HR corporate strategies Ensure legal compliance with Ministry of Labor on reporting and local practices deployment Lead investigations regarding workplace violence, ethics, conflicts Support employee survey action planning and execution Lead community and employee engagement activities and support charitable contributions processes Ensure HR leader standard work. #LI-MM3 Qualifications Education level required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related areas. Years and area of experience required: Senior Supevisor HR: Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources professional experience. Supevisor HR: Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources professional experience. Technical knowledge: Bilingual in English & Spanish Required: Microsoft Office proficient knowledge Preferred: Taleo, Success Factors (SAP), or Human Resources systems related. Knowledge: labor relations, Dominican law, compensation practices, talent management, recruitment, employee engagement, internal communications. Soft skills: Builds Organizational Capability, Enable Digital Mindset, Transparency, Passion, Coaching.
