·       Bachelor degree

·        本科学历

·       Minimum 5 years working experience as supervisor in Semiconductor or similar background

·       5年以上半导体 或类似的主管。

·       English/Mandarin Communications Skills

·       良好的中英文沟通能力

·       Proficiency in MS-Office suites

·       熟练使用MS-Office办公软件

·       A team player

·       团队合作精神

·       Ability to work on own initiative

·       积极主动的工作态度

·       Strong understanding of the expectations associated with leading a production team
