1. Ensures production daily activities are operating as per the Production Scheduling. Works from engineering and production specifications to establish production schedules, and capacity requirements. Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.

2. Make and adjust production plan according to the WIP, Window time and production capability. Analysis data and make relevant production report like production efficiency and window time report.

3.  WIP tracking-monitor/resolve any production issue and make the production WIP under the window time control and output meet the goal.

4. Trace production line utilization and implement feedback system to demand planning function

5. Work with manufacturing site (internal/ external) on production Scheduling with consideration of all the constraints in production line, like planned shutdown, capacity limited

6. Work with Quality team to understand the quality issues if happened, adjust the detail production plan and communicate with key functions to adjust daily loading plan

7. Establish and maintain a good team environment, motivate the team and develop team members. Create and maintain good conditions for workshop production and quality control

8. Manage and guide subordinates to improve the overall team performance and professional capacity of the working skill

9. It is better if have industrial engineering background

1. Generally require bachelor, if the guy has rich experience in production management, the education background can be loosened.
2. Good teamwork
3. Has in production management experience
4. Good computer skill
5. English level 4 or above
6. Have a positive and adaptable approach to problem solving
7. Good in communication and presentation skills
8. Strong analytical skills and logic thinking
