To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E Your main responsibilities: Effectively interact with colleagues from the Life Safety Division across EMEA and worldwide, establish open, candid and relationships based on trust Work with the international Life Safety sites to drive improvements on the key metrics for service, past dues, stockouts, inventory and lead-time, reviewing root cause analysis and recovery plans Inventory management activities: planning parameters optimization, slow moving inventory decrease, stock balancing between sites, MRP execution , suggest portfolio rationalization Past dues recovery / materials availability improvement: work with the sites to understand the main supply constraints and with Commodity Managers / R&D to find solutions Focus on sales/demand management improvements with customer service and improve collaboration with customers on forecasting, including intercompany Look for sourcing opportunities for supply chain improvements (Agility, Just in time JIT programs – just in time, supplier lead-time reduction, delivery frequency improvements) Work with Eaton central freight procurement to optimise transport and material flows and ensure operational targets are met, without impacting lead-time/customer performance Provide support to the sites to implement/deploy standardized tools, processes and indicators during alignment with Eaton Coach sites on Operations assessment and Material management assess - Opa MMA Be Operations and Material management - Opa MMA - assessor Propose optimum Supply chain set up, stocking policies, routes, distribution centres, late identification Audit suppliers for key commodities and drive CI event to suppliers too Participate in ProLaunch/ new production introduction assessment Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree 8+ years experience in Material management assessment Experince in working with APICS, SAP Lead through a matrix environement Fluent English language is required What we offer you: Permanent contract in a fast-growing global company Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team Flexible working solutions (home office, remote, flexible working hours, part time etc.) are implemented across different EMEA locations, check out with the site HR what type of flexible working solution is available for this role.
