Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. According to foreign R&D needs, we can quickly understand and master the key parameters and technical requirements
2. Finding the right supplier according to the technical requirements;
3. Communicate and negotiate quickly and effectively with suppliers to quickly obtain favorable prices and trading conditions for the company
4. Ability to plan, order management, and supplier management to achieve high-quality, on-time delivery
5. To manage customer enquiry, including customer bids, customer quotations or customer orders;
6. Responsible for the company's procurement system, process, and job descriptions of the department, and organize the full implementation of the implementation
7. Responsible for the establishment of supplier evaluation materials and evaluation standards, and regularly do a good job in supplier evaluation, and build a complete supplier evaluation file;
8. Review the price, capacity, quality and delivery time of the old supplier's products to determine the stable supply capacity of the original supplier
9. Timely track and grasp the changes in the market price and quality of materials, in order to improve product quality and reduce procurement costs
10. Establish and improve the procurement system, unify the material name and code;
11. Communicate and coordinate directly with domestic suppliers and foreign headquarters on a daily basis to assist in promoting the rapid implementation of new product development projects;
12. Project planning and delivery management according to the project plan and deliverable deadlines;
13. Manage the daily work progress of the planning staff of the purchasing department, and assist the employees and suppliers of the department in price comparison and negotiation;
14. communication and coordination with suppliers and other departments;
15. Cooperate with the Personnel Administration Department to do a good job in performance evaluation, personnel probation evaluation, and personnel training.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, electronic technology background is preferred, with 10 or more years of experience in supplier development, evaluation and negotiation
2. Able to read a variety of English technical specifications, drawings, etc
3. Experience in comprehensive project management and follow-up of the entire supply chain from customer order to delivery.
4. Familiar with the development and procurement of all raw materials: electronic materials, PCB boards, PCBA solutions, batteries, speakers, wires, hardware, plastic parts, molds, SMT outsourcing, packaging materials, equipment and instruments, auxiliary materials, and finished products.
5. Fully understand and ensure compliance with all ISO system requirements
6. Have good communication and coordination skills, rich negotiation skills
7. Demonstrated ability to build highly professional and capable teams
8. Quick and agile, clear and flexible thinking, accepting new things, and changing stereotypes
9. Proactive, responsible, honest, honest and trustworthy.
10. Obey the work arrangement of superiors and have a strong ability to work under pressure
