STC medical is seeking a high caliber, motived individual for our growing medical division team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales and marketing of the STERIS Operating Room Technologies.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Implement short and long-term sales strategies that align with our overall surgical division initiatives.
• Successfully articulate sales and marketing strategies with a strong focus on product support and benefits to Operating Room professionals and Surgeons.
• Support at a clinical level the STERIS Operating Room and integration solutions.

Expected Areas of Competence:

• Have a good understanding of HA and Private tender procedures, general hospital hierarchy and Operating Room workflow.
• Have a good understanding of current equipment requirements and future trends within the surgical space.
• Good understanding the requirements of surgeons and Operating Room nurses within the Operating Room environment.

• Degree in biotech is preferrable.
• Minimum 3 years experience within Medical device or Capital equipment.
• Comprehensive online training by STERIS will be provided to the successful candidate
